NUP155 Antibody

Nucleoporins are the main components of the nuclear pore complex (NPC) of eukaryotic cells. They are involved in the bidirectional trafficking of molecules, especially mRNAs and proteins, between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store NUP155 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

NUP155 antibody can be used for detection of NUP155 by ELISA at 1:1562500. NUP155 antibody can be used for detection of NUP155 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
