IFT122 Antibody

IFT122 is a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. IFT122 contains seven WD repeats and an AF-2 domain which function by recruiting coregulatory molecules and in transcriptional activation.This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat protein family. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store IFT122 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

IFT122 antibody can be used for detection of IFT122 by ELISA at 1:1562500. IFT122 antibody can be used for detection of IFT122 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
