PDXK Antibody

PDXK phosphorylates vitamin B6, a step required for the conversion of vitamin B6 to pyridoxal-5-phosphate, an important cofactor in intermediary metabolism. PDXK is cytoplasmic and probably acts as a homodimer. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store PDXK antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

PDXK antibody can be used for detection of PDXK by ELISA at 1:1562500. PDXK antibody can be used for detection of PDXK by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
