CBLN4 Antibody

Cerebellin is a sixteen aa peptide found mainly in the adrenal medulla, where it has been shown to have a neuromodulatory function. Cerebellin is derived from precerebellin, a protein with sequence similarity to the noncollagen domain of complement component C1qB. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store CBLN4 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

CBLN4 antibody can be used for detection of CBLN4 by ELISA at 1:312500. CBLN4 antibody can be used for detection of CBLN4 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
