WASF3 Antibody

WASF3 is a member of the Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome protein family. It is a protein that forms a multiprotein complex that links receptor kinases and actin. Binding to actin occurs through a C-terminal verprolin homology domain in all family members. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store WASF3 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

WASF3 antibody can be used for detection of WASF3 by ELISA at 1:312500. WASF3 antibody can be used for detection of WASF3 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
