HIST2H2AA3 Antibody

Histones are basic nuclear proteins that are responsible for the nucleosome structure of the chromosomal fiber in eukaryotes. Two molecules of each of the four core histones (H2A, H2B, H3, and H4) form an octamer, around which approximately 146 bp of DNA is wrapped in repeating units, called nucleosomes. The linker histone, H1, interacts with linker DNA between nucleosomes and functions in the compaction of chromatin into higher order structures. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store HIST2H2AA3 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

HIST2H2AA3 antibody can be used for detection of HIST2H2AA3 by ELISA at 1:12500. HIST2H2AA3 antibody can be used for detection of HIST2H2AA3 by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
