SP6 Antibody

SP6 belongs to a family of transcription factors that contain 3 classical zinc finger DNA-binding domains consisting of a zinc atom tetrahedrally coordinated by 2 cysteines and 2 histidines (C2H2 motif) . For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store SP6 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

SP6 antibody can be used for detection of SP6 by ELISA at 1:62500. SP6 antibody can be used for detection of SP6 by western blot at 0.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
