ADAM30 Antibody

ADAM30 is a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease domain) family. Members of this family are membrane-anchored proteins structurally related to snake venom disintegrins, and have been implicated in a variety of biological processes involving cell-cell and cell-matrix interactions, including fertilization, muscle development, and neurogenesis. ADAM30 gene is testis-specific and contains a polymorphic region, resulting in isoforms with varying numbers of C-terminal repeats.This gene encodes a member of the ADAM (a disintegrin and metalloprotease domain) family. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ADAM30 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ADAM30 antibody can be used for detection of ADAM30 by ELISA at 1:312500. ADAM30 antibody can be used for detection of ADAM30 by western blot at 5.0 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
