JPH1 Antibody

Junctional complexes between the plasma membrane and endoplasmic/sarcoplasmic reticulum are a common feature of all excitable cell types and mediate cross talk between cell surface and intracellular ion channels. This gene is a member of the junctophilin gene family.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store JPH1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

JPH1 antibody can be used for detection of JPH1 by ELISA at 1:1562500. JPH1 antibody can be used for detection of JPH1 by western blot at 5.0 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
