GSTZ1 Antibody

GSTZ1 is a member of the glutathione S-transferase (GSTs) super-family which are important in the detoxification of electrophilic molecules, including carcinogens, mutagens, and several therapeutic drugs, by conjugation with glutathione. This enzyme also plays a significant role in the catabolism of phenylalanine and tyrosine. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store GSTZ1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

GSTZ1 antibody can be used for detection of GSTZ1 by ELISA at 1:62500. GSTZ1 antibody can be used for detection of GSTZ1 by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
