LTC4S Antibody

The MAPEG (Membrane Associated Proteins in Eicosanoid and Glutathione metabolism) family includes a number of human proteins, several of which are involved the production of leukotrienes. LTC4S is an enzyme that catalyzes the first step in the biosynthesis of cysteinyl leukotrienes, potent biological compounds derived from arachidonic acid. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store LTC4S antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

LTC4S antibody can be used for detection of LTC4S by ELISA at 1:1562500. LTC4S antibody can be used for detection of LTC4S by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
