STK39 Antibody

STK39 is a serine/threonine kinase that is thought to function in the cellular stress response pathway. The kinase is activated in response to hypotonic stress, leading to phosphorylation of several cation-chloride-coupled cotransporters. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store STK39 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

STK39 antibody can be used for detection of STK39 by ELISA at 1:1562500. STK39 antibody can be used for detection of STK39 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
