OXCT1 Antibody

CT1 is a member of the 3-oxoacid CoA-transferase gene family. It is a homodimeric mitochondrial matrix enzyme that plays a central role in extrahepatic ketone body catabolism by catalyzing the reversible transfer of coenzyme A from succinyl-CoA to acetoacetate.This gene encodes a member of the 3-oxoacid CoA-transferase gene family. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store OXCT1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

OXCT1 antibody can be used for detection of OXCT1 by ELISA at 1:312500. OXCT1 antibody can be used for detection of OXCT1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
