GNB2 Antibody

Heterotrimeric guanine nucleotide-binding proteins (G proteins), which integrate signals between receptors and effector proteins, are composed of an alpha, a beta, and a gamma subunit. These subunits are encoded by families of related genes. GNB2 is a beta subunit. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store GNB2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

GNB2 antibody can be used for detection of GNB2 by ELISA at 1:62500. GNB2 antibody can be used for detection of GNB2 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
