PFN1 Antibody

PFN1 is a ubiquitous actin monomer-binding protein belonging to the profilin family. It is thought to regulate actin polymerization in response to extracellular signals. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store PFN1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

PFN1 antibody can be used for detection of PFN1 by ELISA at 1:12500. PFN1 antibody can be used for detection of PFN1 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
