EEF1G Antibody

EEF1G is a subunit of the elongation factor-1 complex, which is responsible for the enzymatic delivery of aminoacyl tRNAs to the ribosome. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store EEF1G antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

EEF1G antibody can be used for detection of EEF1G by ELISA at 1:312500. EEF1G antibody can be used for detection of EEF1G by western blot at 0.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
