NSDHL Antibody

NSDHL is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum and is involved in cholesterol biosynthesis. Mutations in NSDHL gene are associated with CHILD syndrome, which is a X-linked dominant disorder of lipid metabolism with disturbed cholesterol biosynthesis, and typically lethal in males.The protein encoded by this gene is localized in the endoplasmic reticulum and is involved in cholesterol biosynthesis. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store NSDHL antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

NSDHL antibody can be used for detection of NSDHL by ELISA at 1:312500. NSDHL antibody can be used for detection of NSDHL by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
