FKBP8 Antibody

FKBP8 is a member of the immunophilin protein family, which play a role in immunoregulation and basic cellular processes involving protein folding and trafficking. Unlike the other members of the family, it does not seem to have PPIase/rotamase activity. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store FKBP8 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

FKBP8 antibody can be used for detection of FKBP8 by ELISA at 1:1562500. FKBP8 antibody can be used for detection of FKBP8 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
