ST3GAL3 Antibody

ST3GAL3 is a type II membrane protein that catalyzes the transfer of sialic acid from CMP-sialic acid to galactose-containing substrates. ST3GAL3 is normally found in the Golgi apparatus but can be proteolytically processed to a soluble form. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ST3GAL3 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ST3GAL3 antibody can be used for detection of ST3GAL3 by ELISA at 1:1562500. ST3GAL3 antibody can be used for detection of ST3GAL3 by western blot at 1.0 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
