GPAA1 Antibody

Posttranslational glycosylphosphatidylinositol (GPI) anchor attachment serves as a general mechanism for linking proteins to the cell surface membrane. GPAA1 presumably functions in GPI anchoring at the GPI transfer step. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store GPAA1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

GPAA1 antibody can be used for detection of GPAA1 by ELISA at 1:62500. GPAA1 antibody can be used for detection of GPAA1 by western blot at 0.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
