RFC3 Antibody

The elongation of primed DNA templates by DNA polymerase delta and DNA polymerase epsilon requires the accessory proteins proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and replication factor C (RFC) . RFC, also named activator 1, is a protein complex consisting of five distinct subunits of 140, 40, 38, 37, and 36 kDa. RFC3 is the 38 kDa subunit. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store RFC3 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

RFC3 antibody can be used for detection of RFC3 by ELISA at 1:62500. RFC3 antibody can be used for detection of RFC3 by western blot at 1.0 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
