KYNU Antibody

Kynureninase is a pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (pyridoxal-P) dependent enzyme that catalyzes the cleavage of L-kynurenine and L-3-hydroxykynurenine into anthranilic and 3-hydroxyanthranilic acids, respectively. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store KYNU antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

KYNU antibody can be used for detection of KYNU by ELISA at 1:62500. KYNU antibody can be used for detection of KYNU by western blot at 0.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
