RXRB Antibody

RXRB is a member of the retinoid X receptor (RXR) family of nuclear receptors which are involved in mediating the effects of retinoic acid (RA) . This receptor forms homodimers with the retinoic acid, thyroid hormone, and vitamin D receptors, increasing both DNA binding and transcriptional function on their respective response elements. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store RXRB antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

RXRB antibody can be used for detection of RXRB by ELISA at 1:62500. RXRB antibody can be used for detection of RXRB by western blot at 0.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
