RPN2 Antibody

RPN2 is a type I integral membrane protein found only in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. The protein is part of an N-oligosaccharyl transferase complex that links high mannose oligosaccharides to asparagine residues found in the Asn-X-Ser/Thr consensus motif of nascent polypeptide chains.This gene encodes a type I integral membrane protein found only in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. This protein is similar in sequence to the yeast oligosaccharyl transferase subunit SWP1.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store RPN2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

RPN2 antibody can be used for detection of RPN2 by ELISA at 1:312500. RPN2 antibody can be used for detection of RPN2 by western blot at 0.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
