MGST2 Antibody

The MAPEG (Membrane Associated Proteins in Eicosanoid and Glutathione metabolism) family consists of six human proteins, several of which are involved in the production of leukotrienes and prostaglandin E, important mediators of inflammation. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store MGST2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

MGST2 antibody can be used for detection of MGST2 by ELISA at 1:62500. MGST2 antibody can be used for detection of MGST2 by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
