Background
SLC29A2 mediates equilibrative transport of purine, pyrimidine nucleosides and the purine base hypoxanthine. It is less sensitive than SLC29A1 to inhibition by nitrobenzylthioinosine (NBMPR), dipyridamole, dilazep and draflazine.

SLC29A2 antibody can be used for detection of SLC29A2 by ELISA at 1:312500. SLC29A2 antibody can be used for detection of SLC29A2 by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
