SYVN1 Antibody

SYVN1 is a protein involved in endoplasmic reticulum (ER) -associated degradation. The protein removes unfolded proteins, accumulated during ER stress, by retrograde transport to the cytosol from the ER. This protein also uses the ubiquitin-proteasome system for additional degradation of unfolded proteins.This gene encodes a protein involved in endoplasmic reticulum (ER) -associated degradation. Sequence analysis identified two transcript variants that encode different isoforms.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store SYVN1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

SYVN1 antibody can be used for detection of SYVN1 by ELISA at 1:1562500. SYVN1 antibody can be used for detection of SYVN1 by western blot at 0.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
