HIP2 Antibody

HIP2 belongs to the ubiquitin-conjugating enzyme family. It binds selectively to a large region at the N terminus of huntingtin. This interaction is not influenced by the length of the huntingtin polyglutamine tract. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store HIP2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

HIP2 antibody can be used for detection of HIP2 by ELISA at 1:312500. HIP2 antibody can be used for detection of HIP2 by western blot at 5.0 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
