CYP4F11 Antibody

The cytochrome P450 proteins are monooxygenases which catalyze many reactions involved in drug metabolism and synthesis of cholesterol, steroids and other lipids. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store CYP4F11 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

CYP4F11 antibody can be used for detection of CYP4F11 by ELISA at 1:312500. CYP4F11 antibody can be used for detection of CYP4F11 by western blot at 5.0 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
