BDKRB2 Antibody

BDKRB2 is a receptor for bradykinin. The 9 aa bradykinin peptide elicits many responses including vasodilation, edema, smooth muscle spasm and pain fiber stimulation. This receptor associates with G proteins that stimulate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.This gene encodes a receptor for bradykinin. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store BDKRB2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

BDKRB2 antibody can be used for detection of BDKRB2 by ELISA at 1:312500. BDKRB2 antibody can be used for detection of BDKRB2 by western blot at 5.0 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
