CDC25B Antibody

CDC25B is a member of the CDC25 family of phosphatases. CDC25B activates the cyclin dependent kinase CDC2 by removing two phosphate groups and it is required for entry into mitosis. CDC25B shuttles between the nucleus and the cytoplasm due to nuclear localization and nuclear export signals. The protein is nuclear in the M and G1 phases of the cell cycle and moves to the cytoplasm during S and G2. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store CDC25B antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

CDC25B antibody can be used for detection of CDC25B by ELISA at 1:62500. CDC25B antibody can be used for detection of CDC25B by western blot at 0.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
