WDR12 Antibody

WDR12 is a member of the WD repeat protein family. WD repeats are minimally conserved regions of approximately 40 amino acids typically bracketed by gly-his and trp-asp (GH-WD), which may facilitate formation of heterotrimeric or multiprotein complexes. Members of this family are involved in a variety of cellular processes, including cell cycle progression, signal transduction, apoptosis, and gene regulation. The function of this protein is not known.This gene encodes a member of the WD repeat protein family. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store WDR12 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

WDR12 antibody can be used for detection of WDR12 by ELISA at 1:312500. WDR12 antibody can be used for detection of WDR12 by western blot at 5.0 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
