Background
SF1 contains 1 KH domain and 1 CCHC-type zinc finger. It is necessary for the ATP-dependent first step of spliceosome assembly and binds to the intron branch point sequence (BPS) 5'-UACUAAC-3' of the pre-mRNA. It may act as transcription repressor.

Applications Notes
SF1 antibody can be used for detection of SF1 by ELISA at 1:312500. SF1 antibody can be used for detection of SF1 by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
