NOL5A Antibody

Nop56p is a yeast nucleolar protein that is part of a complex with the nucleolar proteins Nop58p and fibrillarin. Nop56p is required for assembly of the 60S ribosomal subunit and is involved in pre-rRNA processing. NOL5A is similar in sequence to Nop56p and is also found in the nucleolus. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store NOL5A antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

NOL5A antibody can be used for detection of NOL5A by ELISA at 1:62500. NOL5A antibody can be used for detection of NOL5A by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
