FOXP4 Antibody

FOXP4 belongs to subfamily P of the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family. Forkhead box transcription factors play important roles in the regulation of tissue- and cell type-specific gene transcription during both development and adulthood. Many members of the forkhead box gene family, including members of subfamily P, have roles in mammalian oncogenesis. FOXP4 may play a role in the development of tumors of the kidney and larynx.This gene belongs to subfamily P of the forkhead box (FOX) transcription factor family. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store FOXP4 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

FOXP4 antibody can be used for detection of FOXP4 by ELISA at 1:62500. FOXP4 antibody can be used for detection of FOXP4 by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
