ZHX2 Antibody

The members of the zinc fingers and homeoboxes gene family are nuclear homodimeric transcriptional repressors that interact with the A subunit of nuclear factor-Y (NF-YA) and contain two C2H2-type zinc fingers and five homeobox DNA-binding domains. ZHX2 is the member 2 of this gene family. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store ZHX2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

ZHX2 antibody can be used for detection of ZHX2 by ELISA at 1:312500. ZHX2 antibody can be used for detection of ZHX2 by western blot at 5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
