CNOT7 Antibody

CNOT7 binds to an anti-proliferative protein, B-cell translocation protein 1, which negatively regulates cell proliferation. Binding of the two proteins, which is driven by phosphorylation of the anti-proliferative protein, causes signaling events in cell division that lead to changes in cell proliferation associated with cell-cell contact. The protein has both mouse and yeast orthologs.The protein encoded by this gene binds to an anti-proliferative protein, B-cell translocation protein 1, which negatively regulates cell proliferation. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store CNOT7 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

CNOT7 antibody can be used for detection of CNOT7 by ELISA at 1:312500. CNOT7 antibody can be used for detection of CNOT7 by western blot at 0.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
