AATF Antibody

The AATF gene encodes a protein that was identified on the basis of its interaction with MAP3K12/DLK, a protein kinase known to be involved in the induction of cell apoptosis. This gene product contains a leucine zipper, which is a characteristic motif of transcription factors, and was shown to exhibit strong transactivation activity when fused to Gal4 DNA binding domain. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store AATF antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

AATF antibody can be used for detection of AATF by ELISA at 1:312500. AATF antibody can be used for detection of AATF by western blot at 0.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
