TARDBP Antibody

HIV-1, the causative agent of acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS), contains an RNA genome that produces a chromosomally integrated DNA during the replicative cycle. Activation of HIV-1 gene expression by the transactivator Tat is dependent on an RNA regulatory element (TAR) located downstream of the transcription initiation site. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TARDBP antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TARDBP antibody can be used for detection of TARDBP by ELISA at 1:1562500. TARDBP antibody can be used for detection of TARDBP by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
