TRIM16 Antibody

This gene was identified as an estrogen and anti-estrogen regulated gene in epithelial cells stably expressing estrogen receptor. TRIM16 contains two B box domains and a coiled-coiled region that are characteristic of the B box zinc finger protein family. The proteins of this family have been reported to be involved in a variety of biological processes including cell growth, differentiation and pathogenesis. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TRIM16 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TRIM16 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM16 by ELISA at 1:62500. TRIM16 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM16 by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
