NR4A2 Antibody

NR4A2 is a member of the steroid-thyroid hormone-retinoid receptor superfamily. The protein may act as a transcription factor. Mutations in NR4A2 gene have been associated with disorders related to dopaminergic dysfunction, including Parkinson disease, schizophernia, and manic depression. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store NR4A2 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

NR4A2 antibody can be used for detection of NR4A2 by ELISA at 1:1562500. NR4A2 antibody can be used for detection of NR4A2 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
