SAP18 Antibody

Histone acetylation plays a key role in the regulation of eukaryotic gene expression. Histone acetylation and deacetylation are catalyzed by multisubunit complexes. SAP18 is a component of the histone deacetylase complex, which includes SIN3, SAP30, HDAC1, HDAC2, RbAp46, RbAp48, and other polypeptides. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store SAP18 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

SAP18 antibody can be used for detection of SAP18 by ELISA at 1:312500. SAP18 antibody can be used for detection of SAP18 by western blot at 0.125 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
