SOX3 Antibody

SOX3 is a member of the SOX (SRY-related HMG-box) family of transcription factors involved in the regulation of embryonic development and in the determination of the cell fate. The encoded protein may act as a transcriptional regulator after forming a protein complex with other proteins. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store SOX3 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

SOX3 antibody can be used for detection of SOX3 by ELISA at 1:312500. SOX3 antibody can be used for detection of SOX3 by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
