DLX5 Antibody

DLX5 is a member of a homeobox transcription factor gene family similiar to the Drosophila distal-less gene. This protein may play a role in bone development and fracture healing. Mutation in its gene, which is located in a tail-to-tail configuration with another member of the family on the long arm of chromosome 7, may be associated with split-hand/split-foot malformation.This gene encodes a member of a homeobox transcription factor gene family similiar to the Drosophila distal-less gene. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store DLX5 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

DLX5 antibody can be used for detection of DLX5 by ELISA at 1:1562500. DLX5 antibody can be used for detection of DLX5 by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
