NFATC4 Antibody

NFATC4 is a member of the nuclear factors of activated T cells DNA-binding transcription complex. This complex consists of at least two components: a preexisting cytosolic component that translocates to the nucleus upon T cell receptor (TCR) stimulation and an inducible nuclear component. Other members of this family of nuclear factors of activated T cells also participate in the formation of this complex. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store NFATC4 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

NFATC4 antibody can be used for detection of NFATC4 by ELISA at 1:312500. NFATC4 antibody can be used for detection of NFATC4 by western blot at 1 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
