TFAP2C Antibody

TFAP2C is a sequence-specific DNA-binding transcription factor involved in the activation of several developmental genes. The protein can act as either a homodimer or heterodimer with other family members and is induced during retinoic acid-mediated differentiation. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TFAP2C antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TFAP2C antibody can be used for detection of TFAP2C by ELISA at 1:312500. TFAP2C antibody can be used for detection of TFAP2C by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
