TRIM21 Antibody

TRIM21 is a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. The TRIM motif includes three zinc-binding domains, a RING, a B-box type 1 and a B-box type 2, and a coiled-coil region. TRIM21 is part of the RoSSA ribonucleoprotein, which includes a single polypeptide and one of four small RNA molecules. The RoSSA particle localizes to both the cytoplasm and the nucleus. RoSSA interacts with autoantigens in patients with Sjogren syndrome and systemic lupus erythematosus.This gene encodes a member of the tripartite motif (TRIM) family. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store TRIM21 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

TRIM21 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM21 by ELISA at 1:1562500. TRIM21 antibody can be used for detection of TRIM21 by western blot at 1.25 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
