Background
KLF2/Lung Kruppel-like factor (LKLF) functions as a negative regulator of adipocyte differentiation. KLF2 is highly expressed in adipose tissue, and studies in cell lines and primary cells demonstrate that KLF2 is expressed in preadipocytes but not mature adipocytes.

KLF2 antibody can be used for detection of KLF2 by ELISA at 1:312500. KLF2 antibody can be used for detection of KLF2 by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
