Background

ANXA11 is a member of the annexin family, a group of calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding proteins. Annexins have unique N-terminal domains and conserved C-terminal domains, which contain the calcium-dependent phospholipid-binding sites. The encoded protein is a 56-kD antigen recognized by sera from patients with various autoimmune diseases. Transcript variants encoding the same isoform have been identified.

ANXA11 antibody can be used for detection of ANXA11 by ELISA at 1:1562500. ANXA11 antibody can be used for detection of ANXA11 by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
