CLIon Channel1 Antibody

Chloride intracellular channel 1 is a member of the p64 family, a diverse group of proteins that regulate fundamental cellular processes including stabilization of cell membrane potential, transepithelial transport, maintenance of intracellular pH, and regulation of cell volume. For short periods of storage (days) store at 4˚ C. For longer periods of storage, store CLIon Channel1 antibody at -20˚ C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.

CLIon Channel1 antibody can be used for detection of CLIon Channel1 by ELISA at 1:312500. CLIon Channel1 antibody can be used for detection of CLIon Channel1 by western blot at 2.5 μ g/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
